How It Works — One Lead, From Form to Finished Job

Follow a single contractor lead all the way through: quote request, sorting, AI callback, three-tier estimate, booking, sale, and the review request. Real screenshots of the shipped plugins.

One lead, all the way through

  • 1. A homeowner asks for a price — the quote form takes the job, the size, the timeline, the ZIP and photos, and returns an instant ballpark.
  • 2. The lead is sorted before you touch it — CRM scores priority, detects the service area from the ZIP, and schedules a follow-up reminder.
  • 3. The phone rings before you get to it — the AI rep calls back, works your intake checklist, and writes what it learned onto the lead.
  • 4. Three prices, approved in one tap — photos become a scope, the scope becomes Competitive, Recommended and Premium tiers built from your real costs.
  • 5. They pick a slot — claimed atomically so two people cannot take the same one, then onto your Google Calendar and through to QuickBooks.
  • 6. They accept — the lead moves to won and the sold flag is set.
  • 7. The work finishes — you mark the job complete and only then does the review request fire.

Does the review request go out to everyone who got a quote?

No, and this is deliberate. The survey only fires for a lead that reached won, was actually marked sold, and has not already been completed. Someone who asked for a price and never hired you never gets asked to review you.

How do the plugins actually talk to each other?

Over WordPress action hooks and one shared lead table. When a lead is created, quoted, booked, won or completed, an event fires and the other plugins listen for the ones they care about. Nothing is copied between screens by hand and nothing leaves your server to make the handoff.
