Versions and Release History

Current version, tested WordPress version and PHP requirement for all ten Livable plugins — read straight from the files we ship.

Are Livable plugins actively maintained?

Yes. Every plugin we ship has a current version number and a tested-up-to WordPress version, listed on this page and generated directly from the download files each time the site is built. It is not typed in by hand, so the number here is the number inside the zip you get.

What 'last updated' actually tells you

Less than people think. A plugin that has not changed in a year might be abandoned, or small and stable and finished. The more useful signal is the tested-up-to column: it says someone checked the plugin against a current WordPress release. If that number is two or three major versions behind, nobody is looking.

Do updates cost extra?

No. Updates are free for the life of the plugin and there is no version you get locked out of. What the support year buys is our time, not access to releases.
